The fire-resistant overhead door is a reliable and highly effective door with a fire resistance of EI₁ 90 minutes.
Ideally suited for closing large halls and commercial fire and hazardous areas, storage for dangerous materials, such as PGS15 areas. When connected to a fire alarm system, the overhead door closes automatically after a fire alarm. The special baffle prevents flashback. The overhead door can be operated for daily use. Standard available in zinc plated steel or RAL 9002. Optionally available in all RAL colors.
FUNCTIONALITY
The fire-resistant overhead door is suitable for normal daily. The quality of the insulating core and special baffle provide an excellent fireproof seal.
APPLICABILITY
Fireproof closure of factories, hospitals, schools, and more buildings. fire and dangerous areas, storage for hazardous substances as PGS15 areas.
STANDARDS
Tested in accordance with NEN-EN 1634-1. Classification EI₁ 90. Ask for the exact dimensions and classifications.
APPEARANCE
The door leaf is composed of panels having a wall thickness of 65 mm, and are filled with fire-resistant material. The panels are finished with Sendzimir galvanized sheeting, RAL 9002. The panels are optionally available in any RAL color.
RAIL SYSTEM
The rail is constructed especially for this door. The standard system is the normal rail. The required headroom is 900 mm A high lift – or vertical system is also one of the possibilities.
DRIVE
The overhead door is powered by a 400V drive and standard electrical closing. Optionally, it can run be equipped with a FailSafe 400V drive or backup battery. The door functions without the assistance of springs.
OPERATION
The overhead door is equipped with a control box with push-buttons up /stop/down. The control box can be connected to any fire or smoke detection system and be equipped with stand-alone smoke detectors With daily use, all kinds of control systems can be used.

Width up to 5250 mm, height up to 5250 mm.

The door is suitable for normal daily use. The door can be held open by means of an electromagnet system. In case of fire, the fire alarm system makes sure the door closes automatically by the door closer. The door is finished with RAL 7035 color by default, with a small surcharge to paint the door in any RAL color possible. FUNCTIONALITY
A hinged fireproof door that is usable and applicable as a normal swing door for daily use.
APPLICABILITY
Fireproof closure where fire compartmentation is needed. For example in office buildings, factories, food industry applications, agricultural applications, and PGS15 spaces.

APPEARANCE
The double-walled door leaf consists of 0.8 mm thick galvanized sheet steel. The core consists of fire-resistant material. Delivery by default with Z-frame of 1.25 mm thick galvanized steel. By default, the door is carried out with a plastic handle/crank with a steel day and night lock with a euro profile cylinder.
FINISHING
The door leaf and frame are finished in color RAL 7035. For a small surcharge, the door can be finished in any other RAL color. Optionally, the door can also be supplied in a Stainless Steel version.
OPERATION
By default supplied with a handle/crank or optionally with a quick release. The door can be held in an open position by means of an adhesive magnet. In the case of fire detection by a fire detection system, the door closes automatically.

The 92 mm thick door leaf consists of a solid fire-‐resistant core, on both sides carried out with flat galvanized steel sheeting. The wall seals by means of labyrinth profiles and intumescent strips. The weight of the door leaf is approximately 50 kg/m². A buffer, adhesive magnet and rail cover is part of the standard version of a sliding door. The door is finished in RAL 7035 by default. For a small additional charge, the door can also be supplied with a RAL 5010, 9002, 9006, 9010, 9016 color. Other RAL colours also belong to the available options. Sliding door. The sliding door can be fitted with a pass door inside the door leaf and with 2 door leafs with a size up to 18 meters wide.

FUNCTIONALITY
The fire-resisting sliding doors are perfectly applicable to fire compartmentation. Due to the limited space needed above the sliding doors, they are applied a lot in indoor situations with fire protection requirements.

APPEARANCE
The 92 mm thick door leaf consists of a massive fire-resistant core, on both sides carried out with a flat sendzimir galvanized plating. The wall sealing is done by means of labyrinth profiles and intumescent strips. The weight of the door leaf is approximately 50 kg / m².
MOVEMENT SYSTEM
By means of over-dimensioned carriages hung on a galvanized steel tube rail. Because of steel low-friction carriages and guides, the door is easy to operate. To protect the pipe rail, the door is delivered with a rail cover by default. The door can be delivered in either a left or right sliding version or is deliverable in a 2-leaf version.
FINISHING
The door leaf is finished in RAL 7035 by default. Other materials are finished in galvanized steel.
OPERATION
The sliding door is held open by a 24-volt electromagnet and closes mechanically by means of a counterweight. Manual operation is possible by means of the integrated handle.
PASS DOOR
The sliding door is certified with a pass door inside the door leaf. The pass door is carried out with standard door fittings and a Dorma door closer. Optionally, the door can be carried out with anti-panic fittings and push bar.
DIMENSIONS
Width up to 16 meters, height up to 4.5 meters. Door leaf thickness is 92 mm.
WEIGHT
Door leaf weight is approx. 50 kg per m².
Because of the limited top space required, these fire curtains are applied a lot in case of indoor situations with fireproof requirements. The fire curtain is tested at Efectis (Dutch certification institute) and has a fire resistance of 150 minutes with a measured heat of 10.9 kW/m² where a maximum heat of 15 kW/m² is allowed. The anthracite-‐colored curtain is durable and has undergone an endurance test of 2000 cycles.

FUNCTIONALITY
The fire curtains are ideally applicable when fire compartmentation is needed. Due to the limited top space required, fire curtains are much used in indoor situations where fire protection is required.
APPLICABILITY
Application areas are in industrial, food, utility and agricultural markets. The fire tests were performed in accordance with the latest fireproof requirements.
STANDARDS
Tested in accordance with NEN 6069:2011 and NEN-EN 1634-1. Certification 158 minutes
APPEARANCE
The anthracite-colored curtain is made from specially coated reinforced glass fabric, double-stitched in horizontal stiffeners. Foaming material is applied at the location of the stiffeners, which provide, in case of heating, an air cavity which keeps the level of radiation low. The structure consists of self-supporting steel conductors. These conductors keep the roll with the fabric in place and are pre-assembled. The ball bearing roller is mounted on two consoles on the side guides. A metal cover protects the fabric and the roll.
FINISHING
The guides and steel cover are supplied in galvanized steel. Optionally, it is possible to supply them in any RAL color or in Stainless Steel.
OPERATION
The fire curtain is connected to the fire detection system by default or “stand-alone” with temperature/smoke detectors. The curtain is fitted with an electrically closing tubular motor. In case of a fire alarm by the fire detection system or temperature/smoke detector, the screen closes automatically. Optionally, the screen can be carried out with a FailSafe tubular motor and/or backup battery (UPS). Manual operation is possible through the supplied push-button control box. The screen is not designed for everyday use. The fire curtain has obtained a long-term endurance test of 2000 cycles.
